    Sparky's back on the road!

    Bought myself an 02 CBR954rr.
Its a jap import. Im the first nz owner. Its pretty much mint! apart from a mark on the back cowl from the trip in the container.

Ive already got a new Leo Vince Muffler coming for it, so should have that fitted tomorrow.
Also got new chain and sprockets to gear it down coming for it too.

    So bring on summer!
Will post some actual pics of it soon.

Nice choice Martin! I reckon these are great bikes, still way lighter than any other big bike out there, very agile and a lot more "personality" than most Honda's.

Paul used to be a sales guy at MM, but not anymore.
This is the one you would have seen him on.
But its got a nice loud Leo Vince muffler on it now

Got a bit of work to do to it, but the basic package is well and truely there!

Nice bike! The 954 was a good model and not too slow, either!

    Here it is.
Have been doing little things to it, like brake pads, exhuast can, oil change blah blah..

Who ever set the suspension up in Japan knew what they were doing. It feels great on the road!
Got some steering head bearings to fit and a fitting kit for my steering damper is on order.
    Its going to be great!
