I've counted 16 yesses so far - that's a lot of people! (can someone check my maths tho - I'm a bear of very little brain.....)

Will make sure they're aware we'll be descending on them at their busiest time on their busiest lunch day!

Hey Jude I may turn up, if I'm feeling a bit desperate about my essay and need a break before I start work at 2pm that day.

For those of you who don't know that the White Pages is online and can be used to locate the address of a drinking establishment, have a map to help you get to The Black Harp.

Walk down (or up) that there Featherston St in Central Wellington until you see a sign say, "Johnston St". The Black Harp will be around here somewhere.

If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

Methinks that's precisely what KD was referring to, Sallo!

Apparently they cater for bikers too...Helmet polishing while you wait!... and watch!

Crikey this could be the biggest lunch yet and even surpass the one at Arizona when we all snubbed Hawkeye.

I've had my normal Friday lunch moved to Thursday so no excuses for me not to be there.
    Cheers

    New venue needed

Work's been so hectic this week that I've not been able to phone the Black Harp til today and there's no way they can fit that many in.

I'm crap at organising get togethers so I'm not surprised it's all gone to custard!

    Any suggestions for new venues?

Could we not just turn up anyway...? Will they tell us to go away?

There is the Feathers (across the road)
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them
