    McJim loose on the road

(to be said like Mel Gibson with a Scottish accent) They can charge me for speeding but they'll NEVER charge me for breach of licence conditions!

Yep - many of you would have found out at Taupo but I passed my full bike licence test on Friday. As soon as I passed it was on the road to Taupo and then I've been busy riding my Ducati since then.

Finally sat down long enough to log into KB and let other noobies know that if a one eyed Scotsman can pass the test you fellas should all be sweet!

I am now LEGALLY allowed to enjoy my Duc - it's insured too so there's some more peace of mind for me.

Best of luck to all others siting Restricted or Full tests - keep your head and ride safe and you'll be fine!

You're right - it needs a soundtrack to get the full effect.

Yep, was over at the demesne of McJim and Chickadee and had another good eyeful of italian bike porn. Even got to look at it's bottom bits when McJim popped it off and I could look at the Ducati toolkit (I'm a tool whore as well!)

Poor suffering wee beastie, it was out on a night blat through the rain (gotta test those electrics somehow! )

Anyhow, all good - I think McJim has an inferiority complex about the validity of his Duc! He thinks he'll get snubbed by the other Duc riders and no-one will give his ride a second glance!

I think an impromptu head turning test is in order at mission bay on a fine, sunny day is in order! Huzzah!

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

I do wonder about one eyed people, they are allowed to drive? Because one of my eyes are perfect, the other is somewhat less so. Which I'm afraid may hold me back with passing the learner's. (could always wear glasses all the time.... but I'd rather not, I never wear glasses)

Mmmmm that sounds like a plan - unfortuntely might be on my lonesome due to babysitting issues.

Visit an optometrist - I got charged $10 for a piece of paper that says "Yeah we know he can only see through one eye but that eye is 6/5+ so give him a licence" or that's the gist essentially.
