    The way they put it makes it sound remarkably simple... but I bet it's a lot harder to know what each adjustment is doing, feel the difference on the road or track, and adjust it again until you get it right. Still, an informative vid. Will file that one away for future reference.

    I'm really keen to learn more on how to set suspension up properly to suit different scenarios and different riders with different riding styles. What better to do to your new bike (since you've got no more spare money) than fettle the suspension to suit you better? Free and effective.

    I put a different link up because the other copy was so choppy. The new one is a quicktime video on the site

    Glad you like the data. Pretty simple once you get the info straight.
