Agreed, but before i go for the ride a wee bit of pantera or sepultura do good to "sooth" the soul, or more make you want to start killing things

I like Bill Bruford's Earthworks for cruising music in the car. I also (shame) love David Lee Roth's Skyscraper on long trips.

Ahhh...skyscraper with mr Vai on guitar... not a bad choice!.... (for a drummer)
what to you call a guy who hangs round with musicians???

    Fuck Off.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

It's old, passe, and rude. I never ever insult roadies, I always buy them a beer if they help out with my carrying my gear, and they are the last people I would dream of ever taking the piss out of.

mic'ing up drums is actually one of my specialties that i learnt from him... and setting his foldback properly!
I totally agree with the fact that most FOH mixers dont care, but when you run in-ear (like i have) you HAVE to get it right... eq included

sorry again, Jim2, wont happen again.

Oooh a scrap about to happen.....

in the meantime no-one notices my little nod to Christopher Guest's best movie...
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

tried listening to music on the bike in the past. You need a very good helmet to hear it at speed and if its loud enough your so tuned to listening to engine you start to get paranoid that you heard the engine make a funny noise. if i was on a goldwing id listen to the black seeds or the john butler trio
