yeah, an excellent album alright! i did forget the motorhead cd which is definately ol' skool hard rock at least, if not heavy metal itself.
love to cruise with 'solid music', soft crap kills the spirit i believe.
    each to their own tho..

There's a way to keep the dark from the light
there's away to take the cold out of the night
and when I see it's glow
the sun and moon are shadowed
    by the everlasting day

When I reach up my hand
to the loving son of man
the bread of life will keep my soul alive

There's a place where rivers flow in the street
where fruit and healing leaves are seen on a tree
    where emerald walls shine clear
and golden streets run far and near
behind the gates where his angels name appears

And he will wipe away the tears from our eyes
and we watch this old world fade as it dies
and a new one shall come
    and it will be heaven
and it is waiting for us there in the skies

I haven't tried listening to music while riding my bike yet. I used to love listening to music when driving the car (now sold), there's nothing like it when you're in the right mood and the right track comes on the radio, or you find the right one on a tape.
Maybe I'll get some new headphones for my dodgy old walkman and give it a go. I wish I had one of those flash memory mp3 player things...

Fav peice of music at the moment is "Love on the rocks with no ice" by The Darkness. Although I don't think I'd ever listen to music while I was riding I kinda get distracted by it and can find it quite emotive.
My goal in life is to be as good a person as my dog already thinks I am.

ok, sorry to deviate from this thread a little bit, but would people like to share what their favourite jingles are to dance to???, Me it would have to be fast blues, like staus quo, george thorogood and some eric clapton, mind you I don't mind a bit of head banging heavy rock either for that matter. So what say you fullahs?
