It depends on the weather. They were doing a good trade on Sunday, not utterly packed but certainly a decent number of people at $30 per bike and another kid in addition to the two we had riding at $15 each.

I'm not worthy! I'm not worthy!

I was buggered after one lap of the enduro.

Actually, I was buggered before I completed it but I had no choice but to somehow complete it.

I'll have to check out Thunder X now that I've gained some confidence in off-road riding.

I need to do it more often to build up my strength and confidence and improve my techniques.

Did I say "recaptured"? I meant "surpassed" - the other weekend beats any of the crazy shit I did as a young-un.

Those of you who ride enduro a lot and have ridden Kimmy's trail:

How does it stack up? Is it easy, moderate, hard? I've heard it is fairly technical compared to some.

I found it an enormous challenge but that's because I'm not particularly experienced off-road and I'm out of shape. I'm interested in what the more experienced off-roaders think of it.

As an enduro loop it is extremely easy, and with the track being so wide it is fast and fun. Its when the clay gets wet or damp that makes it harder for more inexperienced riders. Its better now that it has a few small jumps and drops in it. Was hoping to get there last Friday but the weather put an end to that. I'm guessing it will be closed for the season now.

Twice the displacement, twice the cost and a decibel problem, I'll pass on the inside brraaaap!!!

Very easy in the dry (but a lot of fun for a blast with the lads)
A bit of a challange in the wet due to clay base and lots of elevation changes

There were a few patches of wet clay and mud to liven things up - "Hump Hill" was damp enough to make it very "interesting" for me...
