    Kudos to Casbolts & Biketranz

Always threads complaining about service etc.
This is to say thanks and well done to Casbalts in ChCh & Biketranz.

I've been looking for a late model Ducati 1000DS for a few months or so and emailed the Duc dealers asking about some. Craig from Casbalts emailed me saying he knew of one that he had sold new and could be for sale. End result he got it for me, hours away from ChCH, we did a deal, Biketranz picked it up from ChCH on Friday, it was delivered to my place 20 mins S of Hastings yesterday at 11am.
Biketranz also picked up my 750 Duc which I sold over the weekend and took it away to its new owner.

    Well done Casbolts & Biketranz.

I've worked with Craig, and he is the exception to the Casbolts rule. Well done and congrats on your new bike. Should also mention Greg (if he is still there), although he can come across as quite arrogant (which he doesn't dispute) he does know his stuff. Still can be a c#nt though!

To be honest I deal with Casbolts because the local Honda dealer is a complete shark.
Had nothing but good service from them dealing over the phone and anything ordered arrived pretty quick.
But one of the few times I have been in their store I was growled at by an Older chap because I picked up a helmet to have a look at, I was promptly told that I was to be extra carefull with it because no one wants to buy a marked helmet.
He sure didn't score any points with me, but all the younger guys were more than helpfull and I'll buy from them again.

He used to ask us to do that, especially if they were of school age.

I was in Casbolts last week looking at the (big) range of Ducati ST2/ST4's they had...Craig could not have been more helpful if he tried.

    For sure!
Rode it to work yesterday, love it. Great noise too with Remus mufflers.
Think the Triumph might get the back burner for a bit...........

    But probably not too long.........
