    Does anyone here speak Italian?

I need a translation please!! Someone called me 'morteli bambina' and I cannot find an online translator that will translate morteli. I'm assuming it is spelt wrong. Can anyone help?

    bambina is child

    "morteli"? dunno.

The other thing to be careful of is a literal translation (vs a meaningful one). Translate "needle in a haystack" into German and have them explain what it means...

Apparently it's a compliment but all I can come up with is 'mortale' which means lethal or deadly. I'm stumped! But thanks for your advice.

PM Mr Giradin. He is Eytralian. Alternatively just find an elderly Ducati owner and say "Psst. How's your electrics ?". Wait for the flood of expletives to run down and you will have heard every cuss word in the Italian language.

morteli means "mortar" I think...like "bricks and mortar" or like a "mortar and pestle"?? might have a meaning like binding or earth or something...direct translations don't usually make sence... and bambina is "baby" or "child" or "little one"

    hope this helps

Unless "mortali" was meant? If so then that means lethal or fatal...
