    1. Ignorant Female Parking Wardens in Blenheim who don't know the legalities of their job.

    2. The ear plug that works loose just as I'm in the groove enjoying myself on a swoopy twisty road.

    3. The bug that commits suicide right in my eye-line just after I've cleaned my visor.

    4. Selfish bikers with no road sense, no consideration for other road users, ride like idiots and who give us all a bad name as a result.

    5. Selfish bikers who don't pay their restaurant bills and give Honda riders a bad name as a result.

    6. Rain water running backwards into my gloves in a downpour.

    7. Certain cliquey riding groups who look at you as if you are something they have just trodden in just because you don't ride a Harley.

    8. Long, dead straight roads across the Canterbury Plain (or anywhere else for that matter).

    9. The way my bike handles when the tyres are stuffed.

    10. The knowledge that my bank balance is going to take a hit as a result of number nine.

    11. Not heeding my fuel-guage and running the guantlet on fumes in the wop wops.

    12. Finally getting home after ten days of touring and feeling deflated.

There's nothing that I really hate about riding.

I was tempted to say demerit points, wet tram tracks, or unmarked road works. However they're all part of the unique experience which is riding.

The one thing that bugs me the most when riding, is when I'm not riding!

Yep lots of things to moan about that can happen.
Things that have been a major bummer for me:
    1) Binning due to a not so sticky front tyre
    2) People that don't obey the road rules (bruised girly bits from hitting the tank emergency braking - ouch) not to mention f*cked forks from the experience
    3) Bee in the helmet - shit - please don't sting me!
    4) Water dripping between your boobs (through the zip in your jacket when riding in the rain)
    5) Unexpected big bug with suicidal tendancies hitting you right where you're looking! Aaahhhh scared the bejesus out of me
    6) People in cages or two wheels riding your arse!
    7) People trying to drag race you at lights in cages, comeon people - I'm on a bike - I'll whip your arse anyday
    8) People double taking when they realise you're a chick
    9) Watching your mate crash, not nice seeing one friend on the deck after he hit a cow on the road
    10) Hitting a gravel patch and binning - so embarrasing and sore

I could go on, but at the end of the day, love riding, all the bad bits get cancelled out by sweet rides and much enjoyment of riding. Groovy baby
Lusting after 2 wheels over 4 anyday

The only thing I hate about riding is getting off the bike when I get back home but then I would never get off it

Oh, one more thing: coming off. It hurts
If the destination is more important than the journey you aint a biker.

Bikes bigger than 100cc's that split up the left hand side of traffic.

One of my pet hates both when riding or driving a cage is the bastards that sit on their horn the minute the lights turn green! On the bike and in the car I always try and anticipate the light change then use the 2 secomd rule but buggered if I am going to head off into the path of a red light runner!

Now that i have a motor, its not a problem.

    Cool Hate, lets see...

    - When that pee you did in your pants as you could not be fuc..d stopping starts getting cold.
    - Police who think their job is to do a spot WOF on the road knowing shit.
    - Hearing that someone you used to ride with is dead.
    - Azzholes who steal bikes.
    - That change in the motor noise that tells you all is not well and this will be expensive.
    - The mailman bringing that new piece you have ordered for the bike and opening it up to find that it is not what you wanted. And it is crap.
    - Noticing that your pants are getting wet and cold without you peeing in them, only to realise that there is a hole in the tank when the stinging starts...

May the bridges I burn light the way.

Nothing. They are all part of the experience.
The biggest inconvenience to me is colleagues who try and talk me out of biking.
