Hey! Fantastic! I'm glad these bikes seem to be getting recovered as of late!

Disc-locks are cool, although that didn't help Lorax.

Not too much damage? Just the ignition?

Good catch... bike a long way from home... make sure you let the cops know the costs involved in fixing and returning it to your homeland...

Name and shame... gotta love it...

Theifs name- Thomas John Paeku (or Pakau) also goes by the name of Thomas John Tautuhi.

Haha thanks yeah its a nice bike alright, just gotta find a new exhaust for it to make it sound better. Well im picking it up on Sat hopefully.

Gonna park it in a garage from now on. Damage done that ive been told but not seen is Poked ignition, poked fuel tank cap lock and seat lock. They said also some general damage. Plus it wouldnt have been looked after well apparently the whole family of the mongrel mob guy that stole it has been riding it round.

SO now the NAME that i was given, no charges have been layed yet he denies knowing it was stolen even tho the ignition was screwed. You can make your own conclusions, i have. Picture to follow.

Yeah, he is just being a smart arse.. we gotta prove the intent/knowledge thing in court and he knows that so will play the "I'm too dumb and thick as shit to know the stolen bike was stolen...".

Why did he run? Why the ignition and petrol cap damage? When is he getting a visit? All very good questions IMHO...

Well i sold the bike, got some monies back for it. In the end i didnt lose as much as i thought i might, and im still gonna pursue the bastar* thru the courts at some point to get money from his benefit.

And i walk away with my legs, arms and no damage, so win win
