But the guy who dobbed him in already said he was / IS one of Aunty Heilen Klerk's minions. Plus he said he watched him repeatedly until he was being a complete dick in a 50km/h zone. And the speed estimate wasn't too bad either.
You'd be unlucky not to get away with 60-ish all day everyday in a 50, but 100+, come on.

Gotta agree with dobbing him in. That is just too fast in a 50k zone, maybe saved some lives including the idiot bikers getting him off the road for a while.

Well, since no-one else answered your question, I will.
IMO, the open road is one thing and 50k metropolitan / suburban areas are quite another. Kids are utterly unpredictable and I think the 10k allowance in the 'burbs is just fine (no pun intended)
I think even Dover might agree on that one.
