So the only difference to a stock KLR650 are shocks, tyres, pegs, the brush guars and they moved the shift pedal up a bit.
All of which can be done on a stock one by a civillian.
Unless you're talking about the experamental one in which case. Why? runs on anything? MEh.

What are you waiting for??? The diesel version is even more of a dog than the petrol one, info at HDT USA Diesel Motorcycles. Buy a Suzuki DR650 instead!!
Unless of course, you are just wanting a bizarre bike rather than to get into adventure riding.
