    3 bikes and a cage

    what a weekend...

Saturday morning it dawned.....f**g wet!! Would you believe it a southerley had flicked thru, and it was damn cold.
But we are tough down here so 'speedygirl' popped round and we headed into town to check out the shops. After stopping in at Trevor Pierce for a looksee and to let him know we'd be back we went and did a tour of the other bike shops. Speedy oggled lots of bikes deciding she like's 'SuziQs' Suzuki 750F so may head along that path yet.
Off to work went Speedy so Me and Dangerous decided to take out a couple of Ducatis: me on a monster and him on a....very old...decrepid...and noisy SS Ducati
Hmmmm....I'm liking this baby very much I decided after blat around Taitapu, even in the rain. Yes folks Dangarous DID ride in the rain!
So on a roll now, we went back and I took out the Buell Firebolt at Trevor Pierce....yup loving this baby even MORE!!! I'm glad i took out the Ducati tho, gave me a good immediate comparison with a similar bike.

So after that exciting morning we just had to top it off with a bit of a hoon in a cool car...a Porsche 911 turbo, 450HP....holy crap...we dont do things by halves down here in the south you know!

Today we cruised down to Fairlie (2 hours drive in D's truck...yes I know it should be about 2.5 hours but after all this is 'Dangerous' behind the wheel and the roads were clear....thats the excuse and we are sticking by it) to check out the Firebolt for sale down there......and now I THINK I am in loooooooovvvvv.
Actually this one is racekitted out, custom paint job and a damn fine one at that, a lot better spec'ed out that the other one, and I dont think I like the red of the other one so much. Not 100% sure on the colours on this one, but I think it will grow on me quickly.

So fingers crossed i may be a real biker chick again soon......yeah baby yeah

    :
    2 hrs?
1 1/2 for any decent driver (but after all this is 'Dangerous' behind the wheel)
