There were no seats available which you would have realised if you'd read my post before spouting holier-than-thou rubbish. See above.
Re your last comment, I was talking generally about what to do.

You paid for a seat you got one. Okay you may not have been able to get another seat but if you were on a window seat you could have swapped seats or something so you have some aisle space.......life is tough sometimes...........

I would say it is their fault that they cannot fit into the seat. If you know you will find the seat small because of your lifestyle choice then pay for two. Simple.

If you eat less, excersice more you will save money right? So why complain that you have to pay for another seat just because of your own lifestyle choices!

I really cant see what all the fuss is about...
So you pay full fare for a 7 year old who does not take up the whole chair which based on your argument is not fair either because you are paying for an adult size seat but not using it all.

    Money point...a bit simplistic.

I do agree "a lot of fuss about nothing"

Have you had a lobotomy? You pay for 1 seat.

Would you complain if you paid for a new bike and it didn't have a rear wheel? Or would you say "life is tough sometimes"?

Yeah it would be quite cool if they did weigh you along with your bags, that way I could take more clothes away with me! These days I have to resort to sting and tiny pieces of cloth! What good is that?!?!

I think that airlines need to accommodate bigger people, perhaps in larger planes for big trips have an isle with 2 seats instead of 3. Fat people know they are fat... they know this because they do not fit clothes from 'generic' clothing stores, and/or have been told by a doctor. If they fess up when booking their ticket then it may save them some embarrassment when the person next to them in their tiny lil seat has to keep pushing their fat back into their seat
I'm gonna make it so PC

I would complain. I like my space.

If a females boobs are that big that they incroch on my space then the chances are the rest of her is equally 'large'.

    Likewise with cyclists.

There are some fairly reliable tests that can be done in the gym to determine fatigue rate over time and relate that to muscle fibre composition. Me, for instance, I'm very heavily Type II/B - my one-rep max lifts trend downwards very sharply over a short period of time without rest.

Of course, there's a good side to Type II predominance, as well - it's nice to be the only guy in the gym squatting 200kg, even if you have to wait 5 minutes between sets.

It's generally accepted that blacks genetically tend toward a Type II muscle fibre predominance. So, when you see a nigger in a hoodie, start running. If you're still in front after the first 100m, you're away laughing.

It depends what they are attached too. If it was a whale or an ugly person, then no way. Yuck, "get in the cargo hold you beast".

Exactly my point.......you got a seat but complained that you could not sit fully in it so I was making a counter point by illustrating the plight of a 7 year old who pays full price (like you) but does not get to use the full seat.

New bike illustration has missed me. Sorry....I mean you see a bike when you buy it so why would you by bike with the rear wheel missing.....you don't know who you will sit next to when you buy a plane ticket.

And no I have not had a lobotomy..what's it like?

but to get back on topic

i don't think this is a subject for political correctness ---- i think it's a subject for fair play

None of us have the right to intefere with someone else's lifestyle choices and i wouldn't willingly upset another person by referring to their weight - BUT WHEN THEIR WEIGHT negatively-impacts ME i believe i am entitled to defend myself from their excesses by whatever means short of mayhem.

Personally, i prefer to avoid confrontation - doesn't mean i'm afraid of it if the situation warrants

True. But, my point is , that chicks don't have big boobs just because they eat too much. Or, for that matter, small boobs because they don't eat enough (assuming we're not talking anorexia here).

If it were that simple there'd be no flat chested birds around. But, alas, as most less endowed chickies will have discovered , eating more doesn't usually mean bigger boobs . Just as guys can't enlarge their dicks by eating more.

And as the breast is indeed adipose tissue that makes a nonsense of the argument that people are only fat because they overeat.Because if that were true, it would mean that every chick with big tits was a glutton.
