    Auckland to BOI, best route?

    Morning. Quick question.
Going for a bit of a run up to Keri this weekend, and thinking about turning at Brynderwyn, through Dargaville, Opononi, Kaikohe.
Has anyone travelled this road recently?, ie condition etc.

    cheers

It was about 2 months ago, but the road was in good order. Looks like you'll have a dry weekend which certainly increases the fun level up through the forest.
We came back down through the middle - Twin bridges, Waiotira etc - that's a really good ride in the dry too.
I may not be as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I always was.

6 weeks ago all was good.

Went up through Waipoua and down Twin Bridges. Some roadworks - nothing hectic. Been a bit of rain since then though.

Last time i went from dargaville up to kaikohe and to keri the road was good.
I know that twin bridges had a lot of flooding with all that rain but i think the road is still good, no major slips or anything i heard of.

Has it ever bothered you that Therapist is The Rapist if you break the word in two? It bothers me, especially when they suggest hypnosis.
