It is either, you forgot you side stand is down, your ondicator thingy is going, or you are just paranoid

i tend to notice girls and little kids wave at me a lot. Always wondered what it is with people and bikes.

As for pointing maybe they were indicating something was wrong but who know they could just be pointing because they could??
