    Getting the hang of it

Well went for my third long ride today and now feel as though I have got the hang of my bike. Quite powerful for a little 250 I reckon. Roll on tommorow will go for another cruise. Oh and how long is it till I can go for mu restricted licence I got my learners in march. Is it a year???

6 months untill you can get your restricted from getting your learners, just make sure you have built up some skill and confidence before you rock on up for the test.

So you're happy with the GN so far then? Take it easy and build up your skills and have fun.
    Cheers

Hi Steve, my brother in law has just bought a GN, we went for a trip from Tauranga to the Mount via the bridge (he only stalled it twice in the traffic ) then out towards Te Puke, into Welcome Bay via the back road today for some experience. Wave if ya see a GN struggling to keep up with a CX500, or as was the case through the twisties, the other way around!

Actually there were a few 'wavers' out there today, I wonder how many were KBers?

The GN is an awesome little bike to learn on, you sound like you are enjoying it.
