    Sitting your Full while disqualified.

    Howdy.

Does the AA system check for disqualified drivers?

    Cheers

Don't know but you need to present your licence prior to taking the test

I know that, am im not worried for that.

One thing that I see could stop dangerous drivers getting a new license is when you do the test and pass, the system of getting your license may bring up a warning box or something?

I've just recently sat my full license, and can attest that the whole process did seem extremely thorough. While I cannot say with any certainty one way or the other, my gut feeling would be that this could possibly be a problem!

So now you have wasted your time and money for nothing, and if they were really cunty about it, can provide evidence to Police that you were driving while disqualified, thus putting the driving testers vehicle at risk due to nil insurance.

    So in a word... NO

Does there system check that? What if you sat it just before they came and took ur license?

That link relates to applying for limited licences, not a normal licence. There is a huge difference. If you need an explanation, PM me.

Limited licences are awarded by the judge after an (expensive) application to the court to allow you a 'limited licence' - which usually relates to allowing you to travel to and from work while you are still disqualified. They are not that easy to get and you will pay a lawyer some serious coin to get one successfully.

It does not relate to renewing/re-applying for a 'normal' licence while under a disqualification.

Does that make sense, or should I have another coffee and try again??!!

I thought you were disqualified once you paid your fines? If you don't pay them before your test then it might not say?
    You could always ring them!
I'm gonna make it so PC
