'85-'86 I dont remember what year the ER was but it was my first bike I owned outright. Before the ER I was riding the Kat whenever he would let me. Bought the GSXR400 about 89-90.

1951 B31 350 BSA. much like this one only in much worse condition! I sold it in '75 for $250!

Oh, and mine had the plunger rear suspension.

The mighty GP125. Still desired now by bucket racers.

And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

My first was a Kawasaki 90 - don't know what year it was or where it came from. All I know is that the old man turned up with it one day and my world changed!
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

My first bike was a Honda CX 400 which I crashed into a fence on about my fourth ride. After recovering (which took some months!) I went back to a GN250 - which of course I should have started on!!

Mine was a Bandit 1200. Did a direct access course in the UK - 5 days fulltime to take you from no previous riding to unrestricted license.
