I have forgotten, is it Burger King or MacDonalds at Whanga?

Good luck guys....
and go hard.
It going to be wet.
Jacket done up over the top of gloves. Not gloves over jacket sleeve.
A plastic bag between socks and boots works really well too.
Keep left - don't trust what you can't see.
we're off - Good tip Dave about the gloves, and bags for feet - cheers Aslan
Good idea I will do the plastic bag thing, unfort jacket sleeves are too tight to put the gloves in side.
see you all in wanganui
I always have a couple of bread bags in the top box for feet emergencies.
Jacket sleeve vents draining into gloves is fun![]()
Sorry we missed you Guys, there was a trail of broken BMWs from Paekakariki to Otaki three of us had trouble and were forced to pull out. hope you have a lot of fun.
Great ride guys, it was nice to meet you all, we are home in one piece and thinking of all of you still on the roads. We hope you all have safe (but not dry I bet) rides home.
Awesome to catch up with you to Steve, shame that you still own a BMW though, thought you would have seen the light by now!
See you at the next one!
Big thanks to Zukin from both of us for organising the ride!
Michael & Judi
Home safe. Wicked w/end. Thanks guys.
Now I need a plastic surgeon to remove this stupid grin.
Will post something worthwhile once I come down from cloud nine.![]()
Thanks Zukin for organizing a great weekend - count me in for whatever comes next.
Aslan - Thanks for arranging for your lovely daughter to distract the cops until we had all passed. Hope it didn't cost her too much...
cheers
Mark
Quick pic of the scrambler having a wee "Dry Out" in a barn near Raetihi.

Good to meet everyone, thanks Scott, for organising that. I've got to say, I had a blast and as soon as my arse regains some sensation of feeling I'll be ready for the next one....this may be some time (bloody DR's).![]()
Well DucatiJim and myself certainly took the scenic way home, with plenty of gravel back to Taumarunui
It was a great trip, not even the weather could dampen the sprits
The trip home was pretty wet and drab, and got some strong wind over the Napier Taupo road (not to mention the torrential rain and low cloud)
I look forward to riding with you all again
Some useless info for you from my GPS
