Hey, I'm new to this site. I was told about it from the adv forum. I'm looking for a bike, and I live in Blenheim. NordieBoy, still have the tt350? I can't send PM's yet because I'm new. I'd like to hear more about it if you still have it. Cheers!

Hey Radam - I think Nordies post was a tongue in cheek response to the WR250 that was for sale by Andy Mac above his post. You are better off catching his attention in the Nelson rideout thread.

Unless you buy his TT for $4800 so he can buy mine

    Mine runs on calendula oil.

The environment is better off after I've ridden it.

They go well, maybe a bit heavier than some other 250 trailies but nicely ready to rock as an adv bike with the rack & big tank.

    Cheers

My Aprilia Pegaso has the latest version Yam 660 motor and clicked over 100,000km today. Running as good as ever. Didn't burn any oil on a 1000km round trip this weekend.

So if the motor's been looked after, 119,000km may be just fine.

Big IF... you take the gamble...

100,000 on a 660.. don't own it when rebuild times comes... Everything in the motor that
moves will need replaceing.... It won't just be a set of rings & valve job..

On what do you base this?

I was thinking about hanging onto my bike for a while. For my purposes (mix of long seal rides and gravel) its fine and the cost of upgrade (BMW F800) is more than I can handle at the moment.
