Great idea, thanks.

You may want to restrict each person to one photo per month to help with numbers.
Then have multiple voting threads of 10 photos each, (make each thread an even number of photos) with the winning photos from each voting thread going into a final vote thread.
Just an idea.

I agree, I think this is a good idea. Shouldn't be too hard to workout which is your best photo eh?

I cropped your photo a bit as below. Did they teach you the 2 3rd's 1 3rd rule? Always have your subject either take up 2 3rd's or 1 3rd of the photo, not smack in the middle.

Or for landscape's, 1 3rd land, 2 3rd's sky or vice versa.

Looks artier, as per samples attached.

BTW I'm no expert, just got a few pointers over the years.

A Classic MX on Sunday so I'll have my camera there.
