A week or so ago A medium truck and trailer unit started applying the brakes and moved over way over to the left of the road when it had slowed to about 25 it swerved over turning into the street on the right. The driver must have thought that brake lights were indicators.
I am extremly cautious to pass a car infront that is not indicating. They will go anywhere including u-turns.
