Fuck me. I bet thats a bitch to tune
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

There's a guy in the UK that has done several like this (probably him) eg 8 cyl Z1600, 24 cyl 2 stroke from S1s, blah blah

Guess it's another of those "because I can" bikes...

That's what I thought too... but look at the detail. The cabling to the clutch cover, fuel tap to RHS carb hose etc. Not quite convinced either way, the practicalities of it defeat me, how you'd actually build that (if it exists).

doubt it, there's some right clever bastards out there (I'm not one of them) and there's been a few similar bikes built in the past

I've seen articles on the 5 cylinder bikes

I think he also made a 48 cyclinder 2 stroke from many KH250s. I had a pic somewhere ... dunno if it ran.

That would be Allen Millyard. Awesome engineer.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Is it my poor eyesight and imagination or is it labelled '666'? (see kickstart)

And does the bike's concept come from this:

    - "if man is 5, and the devil is six, then god is seven (cylinders)" - Pixies
    Motorcycle songlist:
Best blast soundtrack:Born to be wild (Steppenwolf)
Best sunny ride: Runnin' down a dream (Tom Petty)
Don't want to hear ...: Slip, slidin' away, Caught by the Fuzz or Bam Thwok!(Paul Simon/Supergrass/The Pixies)

The middle digit isn't a 6. Looks like 606 to me.

Talking of the kickstart, is it my imagination or would it foul on the footpeg on one side, and the engine block on the other?

If it's like my bike, then the footpeg just folds up. If that is true then there's plenty of clearance, look at the angle on the starter?
