I recokin... they could of had 10-11 or even 17-18 (though I have a club run on this weekend)

Tom I think Paula is going to the MM as well (though don't quote me on this) and happy to ride up with you (of course that depends on the day you are going up)

Is CB going to be riding the sporty...???? or just as pillion?

Not sure yet - CB could even be on the Superglide solo...not a worry to me if I use the Sporty.

Leaving Riviera of the South 4pm-ish on the Friday.

But it's all secret at the moment - apparently.

as an aside... anyone got a spare couch and off street spacing for one flesh-human and one motor-human? looking dunedin and invers... have picton and chch pretty well sorted.
place i stayed at in dunners last year i barely slept out of fear for the bike, that and the fact that the sprung bed base sunk nearly to the floor, and invers, my contact there has moved overseas.

I got a spare bed, and planning on riding down on Friday. 1.5 - 2 hrs south of Dunedin. Room for your bike in the gargre. Mmmmm...two Viragos in the gargre together.

Can't believe they let it clash with a long-standing existing set of events, I was told the BM was going to be early NEXT year to get a better chance at fine weather.
I was talking to one of the MM organisers at the Chequered Flag a few weeks ago, and he told me that the BM organisers had apologised to them about the clash and future BM's would be in the New Year.

sounds good... you are roughly halfway between invers and dunners? aiming to be in invers by friday, and then head back north on the monday. hoping to go invers to chch straight through.

yeh, two viragos... i better get mine a chastity belt... last thing we need is a litter of viragos.

Well not long now. I'll be hovering around all of the events but I won't be making much of a road trip out of it..although I could be persuaded to go to Wyndham via the Catlins coast road....look forward to meeting some of you fellas there.....you'll recognise me even if you've never met me before.
