Wink Bike Road Code book, begging in Taupo.

Hi, we were in the AA this morning picking up forms to convert UK driving licences to NZ, and I was told that there is a seperate $25 book as well as exam for bikers.
Is any one locally willing and able to lend me, for a very short while, their copy of the bike road code to help me sit and pass my multi guess exam.
Thanks, in anticipation of a flood of generous offers

Have you tried the local public library? Most seem to have copies of the various different road codes.

I can sell you one in immaculate condition for $15, including a couple of unused scratch test papers (bought it for my partner who didn't want it, hurumph!).
You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be quoted out of context, then used against you.

It's just one of those days, where you don't wanna wake up,
    everything is fucked, everybody sucks,
You don't really know why but you wanna justify ripping someone's head off

Buy one and keep it, and refer to it often. The New Zealand habit of quickly learning the answers to the tests and then never reading the road code again, probably contributes to our disgraceful accident record.

Thanks 2much, test taken and now awaiting NZ licence.
If anyone needs a free copy, PM me and I'll post it on.
As a UK qualified rider, ther were a few points that were slightly alien to me.
The insistence on applying both brakes at the same time is a new one.
I ride a big old bugger of an XJR, and even with all the weight of it and me combined, I still very rarely touch the back brake. It's more of a slow speed control and parking brake. But then, I have upgraded the brakes slightly. (I had to with the other engine mods on it )
Anyway, as I said, copy going free to a needy home. Please pass this on to other forum users if you know a newbie after a copy.
