    Buffs are fantastic (and they do, indeed, wear them on Survivor. I've seen the ads )

    Definitely worth buying one rather than giving in to the temptation af making your own. The real ones have no seams, so they don't irritate your neck, even if you're a sensitive wee thing like me. Also the fabric doesn't make you sweaty. It even folds down really small to go in your pocket. I take mine everywhere.
