The Chatto Creek riders are meeting at the Mobil Garage in Alex at 09:30 am on the Saturday morning to depart sharp at 10:00. Or meet at Dansey's Pass pub at lunch time friday as per this thread: http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...ad.php?t=54461

the booze-bus is in Balclutha that weekend ,they arn't targetting motorcyclists or anything, it's just on their roster to be there.
bikes with no WOF or not reg'd or dodgy tyres etc will be targeted tho, as some of these cops come from cities and if theres a ticket to be given out they'll give it as a couple are ex MOT, say no more.

Not that any off us are that silly anyway... lets be cearfull out there

So I should get my new rear tyre before the rally not after as I was planning... even though I know there is a enough tread to get me there and back but not enought for a wof... oh bugger... what a waste of a good 500 to 1000 ks on tyre
