    Let's get this completely straight - there are loads of threads on the legality etc of lanesplitting.

    This is not lanesplitting - but an example of using the hard shoulder for undertaking which is NEVER OK and NEVER legal and NEVER a clever thing to do.

    (unless I read it incorrectly?)

    Subject to rereading your last post I change my mind purely on the basis that you ride the mighty GSX-f. The rules should be different for us.

    But better not get caught riding on the shoulder or you will probably lose it soon as the cops don't always see it our way ...
