I am pretty sure someting similar won a prize at the Brass Monkey a few years back, "least wheels on a motorcycle" or something, maybe from Chch?

That was Oyster, there are two in Chch, both built by him

Definitely not made for peeps with big arses, so count me out of trying to ride that thing. Good piece of engineering though.
