You'd do well to make a GP Custom set of DRZ case savers...
There are two kinds of adventurers: those who go truly hoping to find adventure and those who go secretly hoping they won't. We should come home from our adventures having faced their perils and uncertainties, endured their discomfort and beaten the odds, with a sly acknowledgment and revitalised solidarity of character.

Thanks Chris no hurry - just thought it was a good opportunity. Could well be others interested too once you've made one. Let me know when you get around to it.

    Hi gpcustom
    Do I know you?
Bill said he sold a few DR650's recently. Are you going to enter the OMCC clubmans series? You have a perfect bike for it. First event is an easy one - a road trial next friday 13th.
See you around, mine is the blue one with the motard wheels.
    Gary B

Edit: Just read back and now realise you made the bashplate not bought the white bike like I originally thought, sorry, as you were!

    Oh yeah

The first dyno run on the DR650 700cc kit has been done.

    51.86 hp (34 stock)
    49.1 ft/lbs (30 stock)

    About a 48% improvement.

He cleaned up the intake and exhaust but left the combustion chamber alone.
WebCam FMF Q2, oversize header, custom head gasket to increase compression and TM40 round it out.

Seperate switch and relay/fuse straight to the battery.
    I got mine from SuperCheap.
$20 for a pair of small 55w lights and $40 or so for the wiring kit.
