as it has crash bars, scott oiler & top box already and is black(my kinda colour!), BUT its a year older....hmmmm, can I own an all silver bike just cos its a year newer???? Looks a bit bland in silver tho don't it! Silver one has a centre stand - kinda handy!


Blue or Black would be better, especially black..... once you go black you never go back! (I blame the hot black chick I dated in my teens!)

Yep! Just been researchin specs on those two bikes. Altho I originally felt I would go the wee route, am now sartin to think the T/A makes more sense for me.

The Wee has more horses and bigger tank, but a sucky 19" front, & shitty ground clearance even before adding a bashplate, and is a long, heavy bastard.

By giving up a little bit of power and tank capacity i could have a T/A and it still be great for adv tourin BUT be bit more useful if i wanna go off the seal & gravel and hit some not too vicious tracks! T/A looks like it has some expensive fairing I could smash off tho!

The last thing I need is a bike more vibey than my DR! My fingers get numb on long days on the DR now I'm on beta blockers so a 640A is out of the question bro!

If my name was Eddieb I might be able to handle dealin with the mechanics of the Beemer BUT I would be bloody hopeless with it!

Damn shame the Tigers aren't a tad cheaper, I kinda like em; can't honestly think I can afford $10k tho, 8's pushin it LOL!

If its was newer I wouldn't even think twice mate; I'd buy it instantly! BUT after Connor's & Jatz's experience lately & me being not being much of a mechanic, have to follow my head and not my heart. Upshot is i won't now be buyin anything older than 2000 at the very most I would think.
