My son has a Vaypor. Is it possible to hook the tach function to my bike but leave it installed on his?

Maybe a dumb question but we haven't played with it yet.

Yup, but I was thinking it may need a grounding wire as well.

Will have a fiddle. Can't be bothered installing one as RPM not that interesting to me while riding. Can't be bothered looking at the speedo so the tacho hasn't got a prayer.

I'd rather view RPM than speed.
I like keeping the engine above 3,500 and preferably closer to 4,000.

I understand, seat of pants for me. There are a couple of Vaypor's on Ebay for a good price. May do it.

It's going on the DR400F.

Got an Acewell on the DR650.

Did you source it locally, via Ebay or straight from the UK? They do look like a good unit, Are they tailored to a bike or just grab one and make it fit?

Hi all, I am looking at placing an order for some ZRX stuff in the US and was thinking about grabbing a couple of the rubber plugs that go over the swing arm bolts. They cost around $US3.00 plus a bit for postage.

Anyone bought any here? Cost?

If I place the order, anyone else want some? Will work out final cost inc postage when I have numbers.

We have asked Cheapcycle parts for a quote for the bit plus shipping. We are buying a bit of stuff for the ZRX & FZ1 so thought we'd tag on a few DR bits as well.

I haven't looked locally and often I am surprised, but carb caps for the ZRX are $US20 but are over $NZ75 each here.
