The guy that bought my DR650 is looking for a bolt on after market system exhaust. He is based up in Tauranga.

zeta barkbusters/armour guards whatever they call them w/ standard bar mounts

My son has just bought a CBR1000RR so his Dr650 won't be moved from my shed for a while I think. He may be persuaded to part with it, and relieve some space in my barn. 2004 Yellow, 2 Brothers can, properly fitted and properly fitted jet kit and airfilter.

Tidy bike and was a bit quicker than my 07 model. Has 2 sets of tyres and $4500 would tempt him.

PM me if interested, although if it don't sell it will go to Auckland to be his summer bike....or winter if he visits.

hi guys , just brought dr650 , got 60,000km on it , is cam chain tensioner auto on these? or do ya have to loosen off bolt on back of barrel? doesn't sound too bad, but seems a bit of noise there.
just flushed engine out with high detergent diesel oil several times, casualty of earthquake , fell off its stand and got water in thru exhaust by looks of it.
seems to run great and been looked after most of its life by local kb owners.

Auto tensioner.
Change the oil regularly and see if the noises change...
