Just brought one with washer from Wgtn Motorcycle Centre $13.00 all up. They had it in over night.

Can you explain further? I may need pictures

Is the plan suitable for the TDM and the Cagiva, if so, count me in for enough to do the job on both?

    Thanks

Drill a 6mm hole in the bung about 2/3 the length of the magnet.
    Drop the magnet in.

    Job done.
    Lookie what mine found...
    An errant NSU screw.

I sent a packet up to Aslan. He may still have some left?

    Airbox Access

Can someone tell me the secret to removing and refitting the airbox. The service manual says to remove only the clamp on the carb, and doesn't mention the one on the front of the airbox. Can't see how to get it out in one lump. Is it better to take the battery out? Thanks

I think I removed the one from the front of the airbox.
It's still a bugger to remove though.
I've only done it to replace the shock.

Thanks, was dreaming to think maybe there was a magic way, getting it back in will be a bugger, or did you just leave out the mesh backfire thingy?

Can't be. Not at half the price of TKC80's.

Would have been well under half the price but the 20% off special ended yesterday.
