I will be doing a south island run on my dirty old slut.
I recently put 12v power to the rear, i put the plug in the plastic mudflap below the tail light so i could use it to charge my phone while riding and leave in in my bag.
I think the seat will hurt my arse
oh, and i leave tomorrow morning
Tell your arse good luck from me![]()

I'd look to Freewind valves, the 780 kit and 190 webcam if I was going to do anything like that.
Buuuut a high comp piston and 223 or 190 webcam would be a good budget solution.
If you go for a 190 cam then you've got to go through Procycle and it's $430US as it's a brand new cam. The 223 can be got from Webcam themselves with your old cam for exchange for much less.
Ever seen a Dyno chart for a stock bike with a high comp piston only, or a stock bike with a cam only?
I'm interested to see what difference each makes individually, obviously collectively they can make a bigger difference but I'd like to see what one and the other do on their own. All the charts I can find the bikes aren't stock to start with, or have multiple parts added all at once.

I havent even had a chance to get the 780 fitted yet. Time in the shed has been very limited. I have a "list of jobs" on the house to do.![]()
i'd be happy with just a stock DR![]()
