    Centre Stand

    Anyone botherd with fitting a centre stand. If so, are there any off other bikes that will fit?
    VSM has one for $269.00 au
    Procycle $159.95 us

    Once I'd got the pattern I wanted then it was only 20min to cut it out, fold it up and bolt it on.

    My bike had one from a GN250 when I got it. Only worked with the bike in the factory lowered setup.

    Having access to the strip heater made the job easier.
    3mm Clear acrylic off cut from plastic out fit (Classique Plastics in Napier)
    Cut out with jigsaw. Then heat and bend to shape.
    Long angled bends first, then short bends and then middle bend to fit.
    The white acrylic (shower lining) was much easier to work with though!!!!!!
    Can cut with tin snips and easier to bend.
    Heat and then bend over steel square tube.
    Taadaa
    I made first prototype out of cardboard (tui box) to work out the angles.

    Nice work, I made lowering links for Ellen so it lowers it by 40 mm, then we bought the forks up through the clamps, this worked very well.

    Not as flash as adjustable and billet tho
