I've get a road DRZ400 (same as DR650) with cracked glass. You'll be looking around $400 new.

and I thought one for the old style KLR was bad at $160 or was it $180. Those DR parts must be gold plated.

Makes that little piece of clear acrylic velcro'd on the headlight seem even better value now!

Unless someone borrowed/nicked/stole it, I've got one here with a small crack that could be covered by a small dot sticker that wouldn't look out of place...

how much? just had quote of $380 for glass headlight bit. looks about $90 us for same part on net

Word on the street is that the DR 650 will be FI from 2013 on, 2012 might be the last year of our dedicated old simple tractors.

For me biffing the bike round in the sticks and living away from workshops with diagnostics this is not welcome news, not longer will #8 wire and block of wood fix it

We have our bikes ordered ... they are gray, the last of the generation maybe.
