    How do you buggers...

How do you buggars get away with it?
So I've just met peasea this arvo. He snapped a few shots of the fat scrambler for future reference,(and a few of me pretending that I knew what I was doing).
Anyway, after he left, I started to wonder how guys like peasea and Big Dave can keep a straight face, when theyre asked, What do you do for a job?
The answer is--I live the Dream. ie, travel constantly, immerse themselves in motorcycling folklore, machinery, culture, new releases etc.
Have the most splendid adventures, meet a huge range of people and presumably enjoy copious amounts of goodwill and laughter.

I see it more as tin-arsed lucky, and I only freelance - so have to do other stuff too - ads mainly - but yeah - it sure beats workin' for a living.

Mate, I have an ego that makes Zaphod B look like a Zen Buddhist.

    I dine out on it.

I get to customs, coming back from Oz last week - The Customs guy rides a DRZ, quizzed me about my ride and ushered me through with a 'I just subscribed - onya BD'.

The MAF guy knew me too. Regular reader.

The last cop that pulled me over 'knew my work' and it turned into an interveiw. Lovely chat - real nice bloke.

But hey - lets talk about me!
