No wonder you can ride. The training that thing gave you....well....enough said.
    Lovely.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Sounds like me. Brought mine the day I turned 18. Did about 50,000kms on it with no hassles. Easy to ride, sure didn't need a steering damper on mine. Had the same pipes as yours, except I took them off about halfway through ownership and put some race spannies on... now they sounded fantastic. Easy to start, one kick and you're off

Yeah, I had RG500's and 400's too, they were better, but had less character me thinks.

Yeah, they did it all really. I just loved the sound they made and those vibes from the chambers, awesome!

Yeah, they were my 1st set of leathers, and they lasted one crash and were destroyed, they were hopeless. Jeffery Chandal made them in Carteton...not recommended!

I sold a RG250, a RM125 and a ATC200x to get it, then a big loan (thanks for guaranteeing the loan mum and dad!) I sacrificed buying all other things to get and ride it too!

I'll never forget the 1st time I opened it up on the motorway and nearly ran wide on a sweeper, YIKES!

Guessing so, he wasn't listed in the program on one, but he was entered on both RZ250 and RZ350 in other races, that year it was a round of National points and the NZGP at that circuit

I found the RZ500 used to weave in fast sweepers, it was partially cured by new tyres but it was still noticeable

    Quite possibly.
Here's a pic from '93 or '94 at the Brass Monkey. You can see both the RG & the RZ.
That fullah with the goofy grin is Trevor Pierce.......
His bike is the white VFR750.
