Some things are worth dying for, living is one of them.
The two at Motomart were both registered and one of them looked like it was there for its first service. As far as i know that makes 5 1098's in the Wellington area. One standard, two s versions and two tri-colours. More have been pre-sold though, just a matter of getting them here.
Nz really is a bikers paradice
powerwheelies in 4th... Ive heard rumors of the RSV doing that so I guess it could happen, but as with alot of things its all pub cock talk init? Yeah I was doing a runner from the cops when I powerwheelied in 4th so they couldnt see my rego but the damn thing started doing a burnout with the front at 12 high, so i eased off to 300kph let the front touch and ducked up a side street as the cops went by.......
whats the Highest gear anyone has power wheelied in? Ive never done it.
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot
2nd gear RSV R 2nd Gear Ducati 998S the only other times is perhaps over a crest giving it a twist on the throttle, and then it's hardly visable. Maybe an experienced wheelier could do a lot better though. I cant believe an RSV would do power wheelies in 4th in standard trim. oh but apparently some people can do 3rd gear wheelies over top of sheep! and dogs! and cars even!!!! wow. Im impressed too lol.
1st and 2nd on the Blade - easy. First without trying; second, you have to try. I've had the front lift in third under hard acceleration going over a crest, but that's hardly a true test. I'd find it very hard to believe that even a 1098S can manage to powerstand in fourth. They're not that powerful.
you can like bounce the suspension, but i don't really count that as a power wheelie.... well it kinda is i guess.....

The K2 gixxer thou, will hoist in third without the clutch, but I have to give it a hell yank, WT's K3/4, (cant remember which his was), would do it in third without tha yank, but in fourth just twisting the throttle on any bike sounds unlikely to me. My opinion only, and I'm kinda known for speaking when I shouldn't.![]()
if i owned it i wouldn't wheelie it
its too prettywouldn't want to hurt it
The owner is well known for his wheelie skills ,but more so for his track skills in NZ racing over a very long time on a F1 750 . Have drag raced against him also & won . He is trying to get a all in Drag day up & running & I will help where I can also . Should hopefully be a 1/4 + flying so keep ya fingers cross . Oh yea my K3 would easy do 3rd gear wheelies . My tweaked RSVR will do 4th gear with a very slight creast to help but 1st & 2nd on throttle .

Mate, even the 'yawn will wheelie in thrid on power only with a crest.
It'll certainly power wheelie in second on a good day. But not with a scared fat bastard on it.
