Oh joy, I'll be heading that way in just under an hour.. and I'm still too much of a scaredycat to lane split.

Might be a good day for the ipod instead of earplugs hehe

Go on , give it a whirl.

I did it, on that very motorway a few weeks ago in rush hour traffic.. and a car pulled out without indicating so I've been put off

Funnily enough, there was a dude in a half helmet on a cruiser who rode past me lane splitting after that, he yelled out something to me waving his hands.. I think it was along the lines of "follow me you pussy!", he seemed upset that I was in toe with cars crawling along.

I had never felt so ashamed before

NW is the easiest motorway to split on given the width of the lanes. Give it a go, just do it slowly.

Survival is more important than ego. It's dangerous. Live long enough to be an expert rider first.
Do what you are comfortable with and *%^@# the rest of 'em.

Ah well , in your own time you'll give it a shot again.

    Horse floats (trailers)...
Horses are a MODE of transport. RIDE the fe*king things!!!!!!

Instead of towing the bloody things (unless they are being taken to the glue factory).
