    Hmm nordie boy, well glad you're ok mate and all the best with the repairs.

    It's amazing what those little rubber skate board tyres can do eh?

    And $280 fitted with fairing mods sounds like a bargain but there are various types/quality of bungs you can get, something to do with the material they are made of and how they hold up.

    Ask I think "sixpackback" here he seems to be a pro in that.

    But good to hear your bike is fixable and you're ok, keep safe mate

    That was a timely mod, eh?

    NIce to hear the damage was minimal.

    BTW: Is it possible to high-side under brakes?
    I thought high-sides happen when the back wheel steps out (usually mid corner under power) and suddenly grips again??? Hmmm...
    Keep it rubber-side down...

    Yes its possible. As i braked on some oil the front slid just a wee bit, and of course under braking I had a lot of my weight forward on the bars. which led to me crossing up rather quickly on the slippery surface, bike went down on its front left side and I did my superman thing over the top...
