    Absolutely.

For instance, I have great difficulty opening my pillion seat beer chiller while on the move. I generally pull over in a rest spot to have my cold ones, and carefully shove the empties in my backpack before I carry on riding, rather than littering.

One hand on the throttle and one hand wrapped around a VB is Right Out.

    Safety first, people.

No you did not understand me. I mean if you ride a motrcycle you should not be drinking beer. Or anything else with alcohol content.

Yeah, sux on my bike as the underseat beer chiller needs a key... gotta shift to neutral, remove keys...spin around (keyhole in small of back) take said chiller lid off and then, with can in right hand, close chiller, insert key, turn on ignition and flick back into 6th... all whilst doing 100mph.... actually, near the end its more like 40mph especially if i'm on a slight incline... must get a chilled camel back oneday

For me it has to be Monteith's Black. Trouble is, if you have too many of them it makes your poo very dark and VERY sticky. Takes a least 3 times as much paper to clean up!

    That's what I'm saying, man!

I don't even drink just sitting on my bike when it's *still*, let alone while riding. Particularly if I'm using a hip flask; did you know that single malt Scotch is quite flammable? Same problems apply as when filling up at the gas station. Burning crotches are not a good thing, dude. Always step off to swig.

Anyway, rock on. Glad to see the safety message being spread, it's always good to remind ourselves to *stop* for drinks when we're on longer rides.

Zigactly - it's bloody crazy to be fucking around with figuring out if you got a twist top or need an opener,or getting the pull on a Mac pull tab right - always stop first guys,it's about safety ok? A rest stop is always a good time to see what I got in my flask today - was a bit of Jimmy here, but now has pepermint scnapps.

Yep, good choice, I'm drinking Copperhop as I type (bit messy really)

    Kilkenny at Irish pubs...

    Leffe Blond at Belgian pubs...

Bitter and Twisted at Galbraiths - but watch the Resurrection Ale when it's available, it really does take 3 days to surface after a good evening!
