    Stolen bike (Parnell, 11 June)

Hi a friend of mine asked if I could post this up. not sure where it should go. His motorbike got stolen from a garage in Parnell - Cleveland Villas, he would appreciate it if anyone saw it around if they could contact him or the police

The bike is a plain black Honda CBR Fireblade 1000
from 2004, with black rims and aftermarket Micron
exaust pipe registration number plate: 17 YSU, please
    check the pictures.

The only difference in the picture is that the rear
indicators have been removed (included into the tail
light) and the number plate has been moved under the
    seat.

If anyone see or hear anything about all this please
call the Police or give me a call on 027 268 1879

    regards
    Dan Raduinea

    This is already up.

Someone already posted up the trade me link.

I hope he gets it back or gets the fucker that nicked it.

Having read about this one before it smacks of a theft to order (probably for parts) do we know of anyone shifty who has binned one of these recently and could be looking for replacement parts?

    Talking Recovered CBR 1000!!!! YUUUUPPYYYY!!!

    Hi guys

yeah....I'm the lucky/unlucky (????) owner of this gorgeous bike. Belive it or not, personally still CANT belive it, the bike has been found abandoned in Parnell on some little, narrow back road with the ignition barrell buggered and the ignition wires all cut off. The good news is the bike has not been droped and is still in decent condition, so I am more than happy to see my Black Beauty back

    Many thanks to everybody

well yeah. The "funny" part of the story (is nothing funny here) is that I had insurance for about 60% of the market value of the bike. As soon as I've been in contact with the insurance company (Star Insurance) they have offered me full cover for the whole market value. So.....a big HIP HIP URAA for "Star Insurance", very good company, very good professionals
