So who got out for a ride today?, we only managed a short run around the shore for half an hour, bit of a bummer actually.. turned out a quite a nice day too,

Went to the Zoo today with our 18mth old Grandson. His first trip and we just knew he was going to love it! He did and we had a great time!

That was until I fell down the concrete steps by the Meerkat enclosure! I think I've cracked a rib, (again!), and my left wrist is sore, so I guess the bike is going to get lonely, (again!), for a bit!

Hell mate, thats not good, hope you are on the mend soon, its these over 30's bones, they just dont take any punishment any more...(notice I only said over! we were at the zoo a couple weeks ago with two of our Gkids (8 & 10), they ran us ragged, but had a ball, Mind you there was lots of maintenance going on around the place, looked more like a construction site..
Get mended, summers here (almost) and we want to see you and the mrs out and about on that black steed..

Yeah, was thinking about going on the WIMA ride tomorrow, too!

Still can't figure out why I fell, my left leg just gave out and when I tried to catch myself on the next step, my right leg didn't have the strength to save myself! Daughter, says I gotta stop falling down stairs, it's becoming a habit! Only twice, so far... Broke a rib last time... Wife said, "I just can't take you anywhere, can I...?"

I went out for a squirt on the CB1300, met a few KB'ers that I hadn't met before ( on the side of the road with a flat tyre ), Oarbreaka , Indiana Jones + one I didn't get his name . Really nice run round the Kaiaua coast & back home .

I was going to mention before you seem to be getting accident prone but I was being polite Just as long as you dont fall off the Boulevard..
Unfortunatley it seems its part of the aging problem, we think we are still 20 and expect our bodies to behave as such.. I still try to do things I look back on afterwards and think..hmm shouldnt really have attempted that, lifes a bitch.. but we cant let minor things like that stop us
