    Wheelie Bin Statistics

I've never rated going mono highly enough to start solid practice, but thinking about it, or moreso the possible ramifications to my arse in failure, I pondered who of the wheelie kings and queens on this site has binned during their efforts.

If you add to the poll, it'd be good to read your experiences also.

Here's my wheelie bin thus far:

I confess!!! I have done a wheelie or two and survived.... had a tank slapper once when gunning it from a standing start... and cost me 8 weeks of injury time + surgery from shattering the bones in my right big toe... didn't fall off, just kicked the road at speed splitting the bone in half and crushing the top bone.

Well, if you can afford to risk wrecking ya bike and possibly your body, then go for it and wheelie like mad dude! Pays not to do it in front of the 5-0 either - they call it an unnesessary display of stupidity for which it is bye bye licence!

I'd rather just keep both my wheels on the ground nowdays.

Ive done them, my biggest ones have been no intentional and out of control, but with skills (read increadly good luck) like mine I have never binned.

Would love to do them with full control and confidence, but I really cant afford to bin my bike

For the record Qkkid was in my bed, not the other way round

i.ve always enjoyed wheelies, one of the best things i like about riding. been on 2 wheels for over 11 yrs now and never had a crash due to a wheelstand.
longest distance mono just over 900mtrs, higest speed mono 235kph.
I think i'm ok at it but i've see others way better than me. like the guy at big boys toys... what a ledgend!
then theres the down side, best to do this off public roads or you too could be like me, no riding for 3 months because of this behaviour...

Only intentional wheelies are allowed. Unfortunatly, the best wheelie I ever did was unintentional, and I think there is still a volcano on the seat from then on. As to front sussies, not yet. Riding it too much. I'm even getting used to one of the snatchiest throttles I've felt....cue power commander investigation.
