Very nice pics. Sure brings back some memories. One of these days I'll make it back up to ride with you all again

Phoenix how's Christchurch doing for you then? I loved the great motorcycling roads and trails when I lived there for five years.

Hey folks, really enjoyed that ride yesterday, fine weather, mostly dry roads, and even the wind made riding on the straight sections a little more interesting. Good to meet up with Ashurst peoples as well. Those North Wairarapa roads are great and I find them much challenging than the mid week rides I do out to Martinbrough. Like the photos and the GPS map too, thanks Merv. Maybe if a bigger loop was done at another date we could meet up with Hawks Bay riders as well. cheers all. Wayne.
Yod are you plotting yours on Google Earth Plus or something?
I had this discussion with Zukin a while ago and he reckoned I should get MapToaster but I still haven't gotten around to it. I'm still just using Mapsource that came with my Garmin.
Wayne its always good to see you out there too I guess wondering why you ever took a 20 year break from biking. Looking forward to those photos with the girls and the bikes you were promising.
Cheers

I use GPS Trackmaker (its a free download) it can import from most brands of GPS and then save as *.kml Google Earth files (you only need basic verison of Google Earth)
i find it works well

Cheers Yod.
Then my full track looks like this.
Google Earth needs slightly better satellite pics eh!
