We`ve seen this a few times in the U.K. Last year Suzuki knocked loads off of all the SVs and sold loads in the process.When I bought my XT600 Yamaha had just lopped nearly 30% off of the price,mainly in the case of that bike I suspect as they knew it wouldn`t get through new Euro-dork regs and were clearing stock.Usually there`s a bit of room for haggling on the price of new bikes even if no discount is offered and you`ll still get yourself a 900 Hornet for less than the 600 if you look around.

Thats a lot of bike for 25 grand. I took one for a ride upto Wellsford and back, along highway 16. Never ridden a big tourer upto that day. When I got back I was buzzing. Excellent bike, bearing in mind that it is a tourer.

They're selling here for a very good price: $13k-ish with aftermarket zorsts.
So the STX is only $25K? Hmmm... might have to buy one, and an SV as a spare.
